Privacy Notice
In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Çağrı Aksu (trading as “MLTeam”, Izmir), as data controller, informs you about how your personal data is processed.
Data we process
- Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number
- Professional details: organisation, job title, industry
- Request details: the services and training you are interested in, your message, and your result if you submit the form after an assessment
- Technical data: IP address and request logs created on our hosting and security provider's servers when you visit the site
Your answers to the assessments are evaluated only in your browser and are not sent to us unless you submit the form.
Purposes
To assess your request, respond to you, prepare proposals, carry out pre-contractual processes and deliver the website securely.
Legal basis and collection method
Personal data is collected electronically through our website forms and email, and processed on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishment or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties. It is transferred only to the service providers below, limited to the stated purpose. As their servers are located outside Türkiye, transfers are made under the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK.
- Web3Forms: delivering website form submissions by email
- Google (Gmail) and GoDaddy: email services
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the conditions are met, its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Our website does not use cookies or tracking tools. All site files, including fonts, are served from our own server.
