Corporate AI Adoption Programme

Buying AI tools is easy; getting employees to use them safely, every day and in ways that improve results is hard. This programme prepares your organisation through a roughly 90-day process that starts with an assessment and ends with a results report. Add modules to build your own package.

  • ~90-day core programme
  • 7 add-on modules
  • 3 ready packages or your own
  • In person or online

Why a programme, not just training?

Research shows that getting value from AI depends more on people, processes and rules than on technology.

Most value lies in people and processes

BCG says companies that scale AI put roughly 10% of their effort into algorithms, 20% into data and technology and 70% into transforming people, processes and culture (the 10–20–70 approach).

Workflows need redesigning

According to McKinsey's 2025 research, intentionally redesigning workflows is one of the strongest contributors to meaningful business impact; companies getting the most value from AI do it nearly three times as often as others.

Training can't be one-off

Under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, the European Commission recommends training that is regular and specific to the systems in use, notes that pointing staff to instructions for use is generally not enough, and advises keeping training records.

Use without rules is risky

Without approved tools and written rules, employees keep using tools through personal accounts (shadow AI). Türkiye's data protection authority's 5 March 2026 announcement on generative AI at work also stresses corporate policies, informing employees and human oversight.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the AI Adoption Programme?

A roughly 90-day programme designed to help organisations start using AI safely and sustainably. It starts with an assessment, continues with a usage policy, training, a champions network and pilots, and ends with a results assessment and roadmap.

Can I build my own package?

Yes. You can add training, strategy and governance, talent and hiring support, new-hire onboarding, implementation, R&D technical partnership and ongoing support modules to the core programme, or take modules on their own. The package builder carries your selection into the quote form.

How long does the programme take?

The core programme takes about 90 days. Add-on modules vary with their scope; ongoing support continues monthly.

What size of organisation is it for?

It can be designed for any size. The Starter package suits SMEs and organisations new to AI; the Enterprise Transformation package is designed for large organisations with several units and R&D needs.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the modules chosen, number of participants, number of units and duration, and is quoted individually. Make a selection in the package builder and request a quote.

Does the programme ensure EU AI Act compliance?

The programme puts in place the basic steps compliance requires, such as AI literacy, a usage policy, an inventory and training records. It does not replace a legal compliance opinion; we recommend working with your legal adviser on the legal assessment.
