Who we are
Most AI projects start with a good idea but never reach production, usually because of a skills gap, an unclear strategy or inadequate infrastructure. MLTeam was founded to solve all three under one roof: we train teams, advise leaders, build solutions and set up the infrastructure to run them.

Çağrı Aksu
Founder
Çağrı has more than 20 years of experience in artificial intelligence and data science, and has led AI and data science teams for the past decade. He has led credit risk, scoring, NPL and fraud detection projects in banking and finance. As Head of AI in the financial technology sector, he led the development of enterprise GenAI products including document intelligence, an investor assistant and an employee support assistant. He has trained 22 organisations in data science and machine learning, founded an 80-volunteer data science community and prepared 5 publicly funded R&D projects (TÜBİTAK). He holds an MSc in Information Technology (Artificial Intelligence) from Bahçeşehir University.
