MLOps: Taking Models to Production

CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring and data drift, plus LLMOps for LLM applications: keeping models reliable in production.

  • 3 days
  • Software, data and infrastructure teams
  • On-site or online
  • Certificate of attendance

What you will learn

  • Take a model from prototype to production
  • Set up experiment tracking, model registry and versioning
  • Build a CI/CD pipeline for model training and deployment
  • Monitor models and LLM applications in production and detect data drift

Course content

  1. What is MLOps? Maturity levels and core components
  2. Experiment tracking, model registry and versioning (e.g. MLflow)
  3. Serving models and CI/CD: APIs, containers and batch scoring
  4. Monitoring, data drift and retraining
  5. LLMOps: tracing, prompt versioning and evaluation with LLM-as-a-judge

Who should attend

  • ML engineers and data scientists
  • DevOps and platform teams
  • AI team leads

Prerequisites

Python and basic machine learning knowledge.

Course content is tailored to your organisation's needs. All programmes can be delivered on-site at your premises or online. Participants who complete a programme receive a certificate of attendance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which tools are used?

Widely used open-source tools such as MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry, plus container and CI/CD tooling. Tools can be adapted to your existing infrastructure.

Cloud or on-premise?

The principles apply to both; exercises are built for the environment you prefer.

Does it apply to LLM applications?

Yes. It also covers LLMOps topics such as prompt versioning and evaluation with LLM-as-a-judge.

Can we assess our team's level beforehand?

Yes. Taking the free MLOps Maturity Assessment before the training helps us tailor the content to your team.
